What is nice about this new update, is that we have improved our MeshAgent installer. Group & User management has been improved to allow for assigning permissions and access to remote workstations. MeshRouter a Port Manager that allows for RDP session management, has had a improvement in functionality. Assigning ports for specific routing to which RDP session you want to access. Very similar to Microsoft’s RDP Gateway service.
We still have a bug!
There is a problem with Agent reporting. We are looking into it. MeshAgent at some point stops reporting, the MeshAgent service is running, but no telemetry is being sent to the Server side. Manually restarting the MeshAgent Service fixes the issue. However sometimes… Restarting the workstation/device resolves the issue. Sometimes. Which makes this weird because, restarting a computer should… Restart the service right?! Right?!
