As is the Holidays, there are times when business gets slow, or busy for others. Holiday Breaks often turn into “Maintenance” time. If business is slow, then now is the time to check your backups, shut things down for a moment, and give those Disaster Recovery protocols a test. What’s the worse that can happen?
We will be making some Homepage changes over this holiday season of Spring Break. We will be relocating the Help Desk section of the website, and integrate the Trouble ticket process from the Homepage. A new form is being tested to allow our clients to submit their issue tickets directly from their mobile device.
On Another note, our MeshCentral is also going to undergo maintenance over the weekend(s). Replacement Batteries for UPS units, and OS upgrades for the Hyper-V servers. We expect nothing but success, but we plan for the worst. So we will see how that goes pretty soon.
