Our MeshCentral is back online, all client MeshAgents reporting into the server as expected.

Report – We performed updates to Windows Server 2019. After a restart, a service (IIS) kicked in, and took over Port 80. Node.js with it’s HTTP redirector changed to Port 81. The Server Config file wasn’t configured to Port or RedirPorts so when the server restarted, the MeshCentral service conflicted.

The problem was troubleshooted down to a ERR4 code which indicated the Let’s Encrypt service within MeshCentral wasn’t receiving the correct ports (80, 443). Our Router/Firewall was set correctly, so we knew this was completely localized.

After a few more restarts, and applying the final phases of Windows Server 2019 update. The problem resolved itself.

The Power Outage is what set us back a few hours. However… The Power Outage helped us restart the servers one more time.
